Submit a Question - CHM 192 Lecture

To submit a question, please fill out the form given below. There are three sections to the form. In the first, include your e-mail address (unless you want an anonymous submission as discussed in the next paragraph). In the second section specify whether the answer to your question should be submitted to the entire class using the CHM 192 list or to you only. Then type your question by entering the text in the large box. Finally, click the "Submit" button to submit the question.

If you want to submit an anonymous question, leave the section that requests your e-mail address blank. Neither the instructor nor the class will know who asked the question. If the e-mail address section is left blank, the answer will be sent to the entire class using the CHM 192 list.
