Use the form below to list the names (first last) of the student competitors in each division. There is a maximum of eight students per division. Division I is open to students with no more than one year of high school chemistry, but not AP chemistry. Division II is open to students with more than one year of high school chemistry.

If you don't have a complete list at this time, you can submit the partial form and come back later to add the names (you won't be able to edit earlier submittals so you'll be starting from scratch).

Please enter the maximum expected number of team competitors along with the maximum expected number of non-team competitors. This will allow us to estimate the number of tests to prepare.

This form may be submitted through the Friday before the exam. Alternatively, the PDF version may be hand delivered to the person in charge of Beaupre 100 before the exam.
