Dugan will be co-organizing a symposium with Jay Foley and Justin Caram entitled "Nanoscale and molecular assemblies: Designing matter to control energy transport" at the 258th ACS National Meeting & Exposition in San Diego (August 2019). We're looking forward to putting together a great program!

The Hayes Group attended the 256th ACS National Meeting & Exposition in Boston, and Dugan gave a talk in the "Chemical Applications of Ultrafast X-ray/XUV Spectroscopy and Scattering" symposium. Many thanks to Josh Vura-Weis, Renske van der Veen, and Philippe Wernet for organizing such a fantastic symposium for the growing ultrafast X-ray community in the chemical sciences.
